Requirements
- Be a graduating high school senior
- Receive any telecommunications service from a current NTCA member
- Be accepted by an accredited two- or four- year college, university or vocational-technical school
- Have at least a C grade point average
- Express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation
- Be sponsored by a contributor to, or supporter of, the Foundation for Rural Service
- Official Transcript with 7 semesters
- 300 word essay
- Educator's Statement (2 copies, sealed)
- Two sealed letters of recommendation
Amount Thirty $2,500 (one per geographic region & 1 sponsored by a NTCA associate member; the other 19 distributed based on applications received)
