Eligibility
Requirements
  • Be a graduating high school senior
  • Receive any telecommunications service from a current NTCA member
  • Be accepted by an accredited two- or four- year college, university or vocational-technical school
  • Have at least a C grade point average
  • Express an interest to return to a rural community following graduation
  • Be sponsored by a contributor to, or supporter of, the Foundation for Rural Service
  • Official Transcript with 7 semesters
  • 300 word essay
  • Educator's Statement (2 copies, sealed)
  • Two sealed letters of recommendation
 
Amount Thirty $2,500 (one per geographic region & 1 sponsored by a NTCA associate member; the other 19 distributed based on applications received)
