Eligibility
Requirements:
  1. Applicant must have at least 2 of the following
    • Minimum of B+ average;
    • Ranked in top 25% of class;
    • ACT score of 24 or an SAT of 1100 (verbal & math only)
  2. Must have participated in 2 sports for at least two years in each
  3. Must have earned at least 1 varsity letter in each of two sports
  4. Must complete scholar/essay
  5. Must have a letter of recommendation from the high school athletic administrator/director
  6. School athletic director must be an NIAAA member and a member of their respective state athletic administrators association
  7. Principal or athletic director must sign the application to insure the academic information submitted is accurate
  8. All hard copy materials must be postmarked or electronic materials sent to NIAAA State Liaison in your respective state by your states deadline of February 28
