Requirements

  1. Must be senior enrolling in an accredited public or private secondary school
  2. Good qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism
  3. Part I (70%) PERSONAL: consists of student describing how he/she has tried to manifest the above qualities.
    ◦Official Transcript
    ◦TWO letters of recommendation - one from a close adult associate and the other from a faculty member
  4. Part II (30%) ESSAY:  sealed essay prompt will be given to you under supervision

Amount $250 (locally); $500-$5,000 (nationally)
