Requirements
  • Be a high school senior wanting to pursue a two- or four- year degree in agronomy, crop production or closely related field upon graduation in the spring of 2010
  • Be a college freshman or sophomore
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and academic performance
  • Include 2 character references with application
  • Write an essay describing the importance of farmer cooperatives
  • Explain why you are interested in an agricultural career
 
Amount $1000 (10 to high school seniors & 10 to first or second year college students pursuing agricultural degrees)
