Eligibility
Requirements
  • US citizen
  • High school senior with asthma who will graduate in 2011
  • Have achieved a level of excellence in on the of the following: performing arts, visual arts, community service, athletics or science by receiving at least 1 award
  • Will attend college in the fall of 2011; show acceptance into a accredited US college
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 on 4.0 scale
  • Official high school transcript
  • List of accomplishments/honors/awards
  • At least 1 letter of recommendation from a school representative, but no more than 3
  • Story of Excellence (address the following questions in no more than 2-3 paragraphs typed or handwritten):  How has my Will to Win helped me achieve excellence despite asthma?  What is my most significant accomplishment? What are my future goals?
